What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a proven technique to relax the mind and bring about a winning attitude. Based on psychological principles, it is a reprogramming of the talk that our subconscious feeds our conscious mind while in a comfortable and relaxed state. Hypnotherapy is about changing that self talk so that it becomes useful and helpful to us to achieve our goals. Hypnosis is natural and safe. It is a series of verbal suggestions that are said in a manner that anchors it to the mind.

By relaxing this area of the brain, one is able to fully understand what they are hearing. This way, one is more receptive to suggestions and having them assimilate because the conscious mind is not interfering, judging or being critical of the new information.

Hypnotherapy works best at a quite moment either early after waking or before falling asleep when the mind is most relaxed. Even if you do fall asleep while listening to hypnotherapy the subconscious mind will still take in the information. All Hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
